BACKGROUND

For the past 17 years, I’ve worked alongside CEOs and leadership teams to help more than 75 companies understand who they’re really selling to, (re)define their position in the market, and build a brand strategy.

I’ve been on both sides of the table — in-house and agency — guiding everything from global rebrands to startups that started with one founder with one idea.

I facilitate strategy sprints, lead internal brand workshops, listen to what keeps leaders and teams up at night, then help them feel confident about what they stand for and how they show up. Showing up means what you say at that conference you’re attending, your packaging design, your website, your LinkedIn posts and the messages and decks your sales teams uses to tell 
your story.
