It forces you to get creative on how you’ll get that project, pitch, launch, speech, book, or passion project done. 

Think of constraints, specifically a time constraint, as a gift. 

This reframing can give you the perspective you need to be energized by a timeline rather than discouraged by one. 

Next time someone hits you with, “When do we need this?” Lean into a specific date. And let it energize you.
