Attention is a skill.

After working alongside CEOs of impressive companies, I noticed how they regain control of their attention in a world designed to steal it. 

They remember a lot of important information (details you wouldn’t expect) AND quickly apply reasoning skills. 

They’re able to do this because they

lean into distraction-free formats and working time. 

Not for every project but for the ones that require pattern recognition and reasoning skills.
